RENTING OUR SPACE

ADULT GATHERINGS

Any use of our space requires a Party Baby staff member to remain onsite to assist with lights, music, general questions. With this rental option, staff members are not available to set up, take down, serve food, or assist with hosting your party. You are allowed to bring in your own food and drinks. We may require a planning meeting with you in person to learn more about your vision and needs (furniture, etc) depending on the size of your event. A $200 deposit (not required for Mahjong weekdays) is required at the time of booking to cover the costs of any incidentals. It is fully refundable if the space is left in a clean and orderly fashion and no damages to any Party Baby property. Your party may be rescheduled up to 14 days prior to your event. A cancellation forfeits your rental fees, a late (within 14 days) reschedule may be subject to a $150 administration fee. Maximum occupancy is 45 adult guests. At this time we are not renting our space for children’s events. Please see our party packages if this applies. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.

MAHJONG GATHERINGS

A maximum of 36 players can be accommodated comfortably. We provide 18 chairs and 9 card tables with table cloths for your use, at no additional charge. The tables can be set up at our banquets for seating as well. We will have the tables and chairs set up for you upon arrival, by request. This pricing includes a Party Baby staff member to remain onsite to assist with lights, music, general questions. With this rental option, staff members are not available to set up, take down, serve food, or assist with hosting your party. You are allowed to bring in your own food and drinks, plates/cups/napkins/serving pieces. Please plan to leave the space clean and orderly. Any incidentals will be billed to your card on file. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
