• Yes! Please bring cups/napkins as well as we do not keep extra of these on hand. Bring any drinks you would like to serve the adults (including water). We do have a wine and bottle opener, as well as a bar cart with an ice bowl for your use.

  • Yes! We can customize a cake to match your invitation or theme. In this case, we will provide the plates, forks and napkins. Please review our flavor and fillings on the Charcuterie and Cakes page.

  • Yes! You can use it just for photos or we can slice it for your guests. Please bring plate/forks/napkins for adults as we do not keep extra of these on hand.

  • Food Guidelines:

    Please bring cups and drinks for your adult guests, including water, if you would like. Outside food is now allowed. Examples are tea sandwiches, chia seed pudding cups, coffee with pastries, fruit kabobs. Do not bring anything that requires heating or a chaffing dish. Please limit your offering to 1-2 small-medium serving trays with items that are simple and easy to enjoy as our space is limited. Charcuterie must be pre-assembled. Our staff is not available to assist with this. If you would like us to arrange a charcuterie board for you please ask at the time of your booking. Please remember to bring plates, utensils and napkins for adults. We do not allow candy, gum or lollipops containing gum at any time. Children are not allowed to have drinks, food, candy, gum or outside snacks from parents during their spa time.

  • Of course, just mention it when you book so we can work it in at the best time. We do not allow you to bring in your own character.

  • Of course if the birthday child is ill we will reschedule you. There is a $400 fee charged by Party Baby to cover the cost of our pre-arranged staff & food orders, as well as any retainers paid to outside entertainment we have booked for you are non-refundable. Party Baby deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date that works in this situation.

  • You are able to do this up to three weeks prior to your party with no penalty from Party Baby. However, if we have booked outside entertainment (DJ, Character, etc) for your party the deposit paid to them is forfeited. This is their rule, not ours.

  • No. We have tried all the companies in town and use only one exclusively. Rest assured they have never been late or not shown up to a party and their costuming is theatre quality. Please do not ask for us to send a photo of the person who will be your character. Rest assured they are all cute!

  • Sort of. We ask that you keep these to a minimum. We have plenty of decor and outside balloons are not really needed. If your child has their heart set on a certain single balloon, please let us know and we will work with you.

  • We request that you give us your maximum number that you plan to invite at the time of your booking. We order party favors 3 weeks in advance so adding last minute is not guaranteed for matching party favors. We will do our best to accommodate!

  • You do not need to know your theme at the time of booking, however we do need this within one week after receiving your deposit.

  • Someone will call you the Monday of the week of your party if we do not have this information.

  • We will not charge you the per head price for the first two no-show guests. After that you will be charged $50/child. We staff parties in advance based on headcount. We will charge no-show food at $15/child as we have already turned in your food order and it has been prepared.

  • You are allowed to park in the spaces behind Avenue Fitness or anywhere in front of Avenue Fitness, or across the street at the school. Please refrain from using Little Matts/Bindy’s Market parking.

  • No. We will package these up for you and take them to your car at the end of your event.
