Royal Pony Party

Please review our packages to fit your party needs. Go Classic with a traditional birthday vibe, add some flare with a Theme, or go big with all the things and pick your own theme in our Ultimate! Some parties do require a minimum guest count to book. Your maximum expected guest count is required at the time of booking and a 50% deposit is used to reserve your event. You are able to have fewer than originally planned, however you may not increase your guest count after your deposit has been received. We order items for parties 3 weeks in advance so adding last minute guests isn’t encouraged. Any guest overage paid upfront in your deposit will be applied to your final balance the day of your event. Please request a tour/consult if you prefer to book in person. Please note: All services are for entertainment purposes only and are NOT performed by licensed professionals.

If you need more than 15 minutes to set up any extras you are bringing, please inquire about additional time charges. If you are dropping off extra items for us to install for you prior to your party please inquire about our set up and take down fees.

It’s a Royal Affair!

ROYAL PONY PARTY

A REAL pony! $129/child, 2 hours, offered Tuesday-Sunday. Package is for minimum 18 children.

This party is not only unique but can be full of fun surprises for your guests. Start your event with our face painting, tattoo, and glitter hair stations. What a surprise when a real live pony enters our double doors to greet the kiddos! Dressed as a Royal Princess Alicorn, your pony includes:

  • Pegasus Wings

  • Unicorn Horn

  • Colored mane and tail

  • Flower wreath

  • Flowers and colored clip in hair, mane and tail

  • Royal pink pony costume

  • Wings for pics only, we will take wings off for rides

  • Option to paint the pony with vegan paint, please inquire, no additional fee

Finish out your party with a balloon drop and party favors!

PARTY TIMELINE:

  • Face painter, tattoos, glitter hair stations will be onsite for the first hour

  • Pony will be onsite for the first hour and half for rides and painting

  • We will take a break after the first hour to eat and sing with cupcakes

  • The last 20 minutes of the party will include music and a balloon drop with time to collect party favors and head out!

PARTY MANAGEMENT INCLUDES:

  • onsite party manager to oversee timing, flow and needs of party

  • staff is one per 3-4 children, depending on the age of the children

  • set up and clean up

FOOD INCLUDES:

  • one food choice for all kids, fruit cups, water/juice (hamburger/cheeseburger, personal cheese pizza, chicken tenders, mac+cheese, corn dog bites, grilled cheese, penne pasta),

  • 12-24 regular size cupcakes for all kids, (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, funfetti, cookies/cream). You may choose up to 2 flavors.

  • please bring drinks, including water, for your adult guests, alcohol permitted, remember to bring cups as well. We do have ice + ice bowl upon request.

  • DECOR INCLUDES

  • birthday plates, cups, napkins

  • number balloon

  • graphics with birthday child name/age on tv

  • birthday cupcake toppers,

  • birthday cake table centerpieces
