American Girl Spa

 

Some parties do require a minimum guest count to book. Your maximum expected guest count is required at the time of booking and a 50% deposit is used to reserve your event. You are able to have fewer than originally planned, however you may not increase your guest count after your deposit has been received. We order items for parties 3 weeks in advance so adding last minute guests isn’t encouraged. Any guest overage paid upfront in your deposit will be applied to your final balance the day of your event. Please request a tour/consult if you prefer to book in person. Please note: All services are for entertainment purposes only and are NOT performed by licensed professionals.

If you need more than 15 minutes to set up any extras you are bringing, please inquire about additional time charges. If you are dropping off extra items for us to install for you prior to your party please inquire about our set up and take down fees.

18% gratuity will be added to your total amount and charged to your card on file at the end of your party.

 

THEME SPA

Theme Spa, $109/child, 2 hours, offered Friday-Sunday. Package is for 14-20 children. Any siblings attending and participating will count as part of your group.

AMERICAN GIRL DETAILS: Bring your 11” doll to enjoy the spa with you! We have white doll robes for your guests to use during the party. Dolls will receive the same treatments as the girls (except anything permanent like nail polish). Bring your American Girl to the lunch table with you, or we have a table for the dolls to “eat” as a group! Party favor is a small purse that includes candy, lipgloss, and randomized American girl doll pair of shoes for each guest.

FULL SPA GLAM:

  • robe + spa headband to wear during party,

  • french clay mask,

  • finger/toe vegan polish,

  • temporary tattoos

  • single hair extension with styling,

  • hair glitter,

  • light makeup,

  • face gems

  • boys are welcome & offered colored hair gel, nail polish if desired, temporary tattoo, stick on mustache, and/or any of the services included above

PARTY MANAGEMENT INCLUDES:

  • onsite party manager to oversee timing, flow and needs of party

  • staff is one per 3-4 children, depending on the age of the children

  • set up with decor, food

  • clean up

FOOD INCLUDES:

  • one food choice for all kids, fruit cups, water/juice (hamburger/cheeseburger, personal cheese pizza, chicken tenders, mac+cheese, corn dog bites, grilled cheese, penne pasta),

  • 14-24 regular size cupcakes for all kids, (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, funfetti, cookies/cream). You may choose up to 2 flavors.

  • please bring drinks, including water, for your adult guests, alcohol permitted, remember to bring cups as well. We do have ice + ice bowl upon request.

  • limited outside food for adults is permitted; please plan no more than 1-2 small trays that are truly finger food
