Pink Pony Girls

 

Some parties do require a minimum guest count to book. Your maximum expected guest count is required at the time of booking and a 50% deposit is used to reserve your event. You are able to have fewer than originally planned, however you may not increase your guest count after your deposit has been received. We order items for parties 3 weeks in advance so adding last minute guests isn’t encouraged. Any guest overage paid upfront in your deposit will be applied to your final balance the day of your event. Please request a tour/consult if you prefer to book in person. Please note: All services are for entertainment purposes only and are NOT performed by licensed professionals.

If you need more than 15 minutes to set up any extras you are bringing, please inquire about additional time charges. If you are dropping off extra items for us to install for you prior to your party please inquire about our set up and take down fees.

18% gratuity will be added to your total amount and charged to your card on file at the end of your party.

 

Welcome to your Pink Pony Party! DJ led games and line dancing with this pink pony girl theme. Pink cowgirl hats at a table with embellishments to personalize, along with some glam time will make this party extra fun! Hats can be branded (by our staff) with each girls initials. Cowgirl decor throughout, this party includes a balloon drop. Party favors will be the hats, as well as a small purse and pink bandana for each girl. Pink pony decor throughout, club vibes. (Go extra and add on a miniature pink pony for rides outside during event!)

PARTY MANAGEMENT INCLUDES:

  • onsite party manager to oversee timing, flow and needs of party

  • staff is one per 3-4 children, depending on your theme and age of the children

  • set up with decor, food, entertainment, add ons

  • clean up

FOOD INCLUDES:

  • double entree food choice for all kids, fruit cups, water/juice (hamburger/cheeseburger, personal cheese pizza, chicken tenders, mac+cheese, corn dog bites, grilled cheese, penne pasta),

  • regular size cupcakes, double/triple flavor for all kids, (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, funfetti, cookies/cream, s’mores)

  • sparkler and traditional candle for singing to birthday child and the entire table

  • please bring drinks and cups for your adult guests, including water, alcohol permitted

  • limited outside food for adults is permitted; please plan no more than 1-2 small trays that are truly finger food

ADD ONS:

  • candy kabob with party favor, $11/child

  • charcuterie medium board $195 (for 10-12 adults)

  • custom cake single tier $325 (feeds up to 25)

  • custom cake double tier $395 (feeds up to 45)

GROUP SIZES:

  • Must be booked for at least 16 children or $2064 if less than

  • Must be 5 years or older, guests roughly same age

  • Party favors for siblings are not included unless they were part of your original number. Likewise, you may purchase additional party favors for $15
